Here are my daily basics:

  • Magnesium lotion / magnesium oil (magnesium through the skin)
  • D-3, 5,000-10,000 units
  • K-2, 100 mcg
  • B-Complex, 25-100 mg + folic cid, 200 mg
  • Omega-3, 3 times 1,000 mg
  • 4 times: Vitamin C + MSM + beta 1,3 glucan
  • Selenium, 200 mcg
  • Iodoral (Iodine Supplement) 12.5 mg
  • Probiotic supplement before sleep
