Leave the outside world outside

Me.

When I go into the Yoga room to teach a class, I leave the outside world outside.

I need all of myself here.

I don’t need my father. I don’t need my mother. I don’t need my wife. I don’t need my child. I don’t care what happens in my bank account. I don’t care what happens on the news.

I need all of myself, here and now.

This post is so good! I enter the class room the same way. Totally engaged in the presence. Time stands still. After 14 years of teaching yoga, I still get this same feeling. Loving it!
