Yoga and living in a state of harmony

Doing your daily Yoga practice, you can re-learn your physical and mental methods for living in a state of harmony.

To achieve the harmony, we must free you from the bodily discomforts: we stimulate physical healing. We must also address the mind. Nowadays, the mind is easily affected by worries, anger, greed, jealousy, selfishness, and a many other psychological issues.

The modern human suffers on the soulful level, too. All around me, people seem to have lost the mind-body communication channels, as well as lost the connection to their divine nature. This spiritual crisis has become so difficult for us, both on the individual and collective level. Spiritual healing must be engaged through the practice of mindfulness and meditation.

The practice of Hatha Yoga postures (called yogasana or asana) offers a very efficient way of adjusting the vertebrae of the spine. The pressure on the spinal nerves is released, the normal flow of life-force (called prana) is restored. This promotes healing of many aches and diseases.

My own approach to Hatha Yoga, called the Hot Yoga Evolution, offers a method of exercise that directly awakens the healing force and recharges the various parts of the body. This in turn will help you maintain good health, as well as stimulate a direct healing of disease. Importantly, the mental and emotional well-being are restored.

Our Students enjoy the new healthy habits compatible with the practice of Hot Yoga: proper eating choices, drinking of water, fresh air, sunshine, mindful relaxation – all helping us recharge the life force.

Those benefits must be realized not as ideas or concepts, but in a direct experience! The practice of Hot Yoga Evolution is far from easy, however the return on your ‘investment’ can be very substantial. :)

Your dedicated practice of Yoga will greatly improve your physical and mental skills for living, while wonderfully balancing your emotional self.

Usually, it’s a good idea for a beginner to learn Yoga in a class, with a teacher. If you want to try with a DVD, perhaps on you can find Rodney Yee’s “Yoga for Beginners” – it’s pretty good!
